Jim Lock,
M.D.
addressed over 200
members of the
Downtown Rotary Club
as part of EDRC's
community education
and outreach. His
talk on Sept 3,2008
received many
thoughtful
compliments from
Rotarians and guests.
Dr. Lock is
Professor of Child
Psychiatry and
Pediatrics at
Stanford University
School of Medicine
where he also serves
as director of the
"Eating Disorder
Program
for Children and
Adolescents." He
also co-authored a
book for parents
"Help Your Teenager
Beat an Eating
Disorder," and a new
treatment manual for
adolescent bulimia
nervosa entitled:
"Treating Bulimia in
Adolescents: A
Family-Based
Approach."
