TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: We start where clients are at and move towards having a good relationship with food and body . I utilize a Health @ Every Size philosophy and non-diet approach when appropriate. Meal plans are developed as needed. Meal and snack support as needed

I feel you can recover from an eating disorder. Recovery includes physical, mental health and spiritual. I feel that recovery is when the body, brain and soul are healthy and eating thoughts and behaviors don't take up much time, energy and thought.
