TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:  My approach is goal-oriented, practical and based on research. I am compassionate yet directive, and together, we will work to help you will learn new skills to let go of obsessive thinking about weight and food and develop healthy eating behaviors. I use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I integrate positive psychology into my approach to help you build positive emotions, hope and resilience.
