EDUCATION, TRAINING, and EXPERTISE: The Clinical Director of La Ventana San Jose is a Psy.D. who's specialities include eating disorders, women's issues, mind-body work, domestic violence, working with athletes, life transitions, personality disorders, and trauma. She has treated clients struggling with eating disorders for the past decade and has also personally recovered from at eating disorder.

 

TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY: Cognitive Behavioral, Experiential, Client Centered, and Family Systems, This treatment model incorporates the latest techniques shown to help individuals overcome eating disorders along with more traditional psycotherapy modalities.
